Kristen Britain is the creator of Green Rider and ''First Rider's Call. She grew higher in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, where she began her number one novel - an submarine fantasy featuring herself & her friends - at a age of nine. She published her 1st book, the cartoon collection known as Horses & Horsepeople, at a age of xiii. When completing her degree within film production at Ithaca College in 1987 she made a logical (?!) leap from either cinema to the National Park Service. Her numbers of years as the park ranger enabled her to function within a kind of natural & historical settings, from either 300 feet in a image below the surface of the Globe to 13,000 feet above sea level on the Continental Divide; & from either a textile mills of the American Industrial Revolution to a homes of Americans who changed the course of history.

Presently she sleep within the log cabin in Maine where she writes full instance & pursues interests reading, guitar swimming, & cartoon illustration, supervised by 2 cats and the dog. She enjoys researching a witching pages as much as her & could typically exist as discovered paddling a canoe inside stillwater, ambling through the wilderness to mountain summits, or even sitting along the jolting shore listening, watching, & daydreaming. This is her fantasy, at least.
